Cancellation Policy
Life can sometimes be unpredictable — whether you are a parent, a future parent, or simply on a path toward greater well-being. I wish to offer you a space of welcome and flexibility, in mutual respect for both your time and mine. ✨ Cancellations or changes You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, will be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances (illness, family emergency). ✨ In case of unforeseen events or emergencies, please contact me as soon as possible: we will look together for the most fair and respectful solution. ✨ For packages or accompaniment programs, sessions not used within the agreed period are non-refundable.
