I am Valentina
With over 15 years of experience in shiatsu, including 8 years dedicated to women's health and perinatal care, I trained as a broad-spectrum doula and perinatal coach to provide comprehensive support throughout preconception, pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period.
Today, I support women and couples by combining ancestral wisdom and scientific knowledge, bodywork and energy work, shiatsu and compassionate listening, so that you can experience rites of passage that suit you and your values, going through them with complete sovereignty and confidence.
